Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a wellness coach who believes growth is something we’re all still figuring out — and that’s the fun of it.
My goal is to help people feel more alive in their everyday lives, whether that means figuring out what is meaningful for you, re-evaluating what’s working and what isn’t, creating healthier habits, reconnecting with your body, or finding a little more ease in the chaos.
Along the way, I’ve worked in hydroponic farming, the outdoor industry, and adventure travel. These experiences taught me the value of resilience, curiosity, and exploring what’s possible.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me enjoying sunshine on a bike ride or walk. I believe in having fun everyday and staying curious.
My Approach
While it’s easy to focus on what other people want us to do, like, and be, true meaning and fulfillment ultimately come from getting to know ourselves. As your wellness coach, I can help you clarify what changes you want to make and how to go about making them. Wellness is an ongoing process of noticing what helps you grow, letting go of what doesn’t, and choosing to keep moving forward. Wellness isn’t about rigid rules or one-size-fits-all programs. I take a holistic, compassionate approach that blends movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and personal growth. My goal is to help you uncover what actually works for you — so you can build habits that feel natural and sustainable.
