Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a Certified Women’s Health and Wellness Coach who believes that growth doesn’t have to be rigid or serious to be effective and meaningful. I believe in trying new things, asking better questions, and finding joy in the process.
Most days, you’ll find me outside in the sunshine. I love riding bikes, hiking, making salads, doing Pilates, reading, and making new friends . I’m curious about people — how they think, what lights them up and what makes them feel alive.
My personal and professional experiences have shaped how I approach wellness. I’ve learned to value resilience, curiosity, and exploring what’s possible. Wellness isn’t about perfection, it’s about continuing to grow.
What it’s like to work with me
Clients often come to me feeling stuck and unsure what to do about it. As your wellness coach, I will ask questions to help you refine what you want your life to feel like and help you figure out how to get there.
We receive a lot of external messaging about how we should think, feel, and behave, but I believe that true meaning and fulfillment ultimately comes as we get to know ourselves and act in alignment with that understanding.
Wellness is an ongoing process of celebrating what is working, noticing what isn’t working, making adjustments and continuing to move forward.
My goal is to help you figure out what actually works for you so you can make meaningful changes to create a life that feels good.
